Palazzo Marzo Bed & Breakfast is the ideal place to spend a holiday in Salento.
It is located in the heart of Otranto, close to the Aragon Castle, in a quiet place away from the city noise.
As a family-owned heritage house in the 19th century, it was a family home until more recent times. It is now a house completely restored in conformity with the typical style of the houses of the place. So, today, you can see a lovely residence of refined elegance.
You can access through a central front door and inside, split over two levels, you can find spacious and bright rooms, some of them vaulted or star. The six finely appointed rooms are located between the ground floor and the first floor. The furnishings, most of all in white tones, have a touch of natural wood and give a sense of peace and calm.
A place where you can spend a holiday away from the patterns, happy mix between elegance and comfort.
The public areas are formed from the entrance reception, the courtyard houses a breakfast room, a Hall hallway on the first floor, the roof garden is equipped and split over two levels, where you can enjoy a drink, sunbathe or simply relax at sunset after having spent a day at the seaside.
You can access to the panoramic terrace through the courtyard or the first floor rooms.
A small jewel in the village where you can enjoy great views of Otranto.
Palazzo Marzo Bed & Breakfast is just a few meters from the seaside and from Otranto historic center with its shops and the most typical restaurants.
At guests ‘ disposal a private parking area where you can access by pass.

Otranto is located on Italy’s most easterly coastline, a short distance from Albania.
It is a charming village rich in traditions, history, architecture, views and culture. All these things made it famous and unique all over the world.
Walking through its alleys, with many local shops and pubs and restaurants, is the best way to find out and appreciate Otranto and its main sights: the majestic Aragon Castle and the imposing cathedral – among the largest in Apulia- with its precious mosaic floor and the relics of 800 martyrs killed by Turks in 1480.
Its white sandy beaches and its sea crystal clear, the breathtaking scenery, the unspoiled and primitive landscape make Otranto one of the most charming, interesting and picturesque small villages for the tourists who are looking for an unforgettable experience.

Lo mejor sus propietarias: siempre pendientes de sus huéspedes. Las dos semanas que he pasado allí son inolvidables. El mejor sitio para alojarse en Otranto.

Il B&b si trova nel centro storico di Otranto in un palazzo storico, curato nei minimi dettagli. La gentilezza e l’ospitalità di Marinella, Manila e Milena sono ciò che contraddistingue la struttura e che rendono il soggiorno indimenticabile. Camere ampie, pulitissime e confortevoli. Colazione ricca e di qualità; ogni giorno vi sono diverse proposte tra cui scegliere, tutte fatte in casa: dalla colazione tipica salentina a opzioni salate. Inoltre, sono stati preziosi i consigli delle proprietarie relativamente ai ristoranti in cui mangiare, luoghi e spiaggie da visitare (anche in base al vento) e piatti tipici da provare! Insomma… tutto impeccabile! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare. Grazie per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza indimenticabile! Federica, Beatrice, Sandro e Stella
Sara Tenti30 Luglio 2023B&B fantastico! Situato nel centro di Otranto. Camere pulite e spaziose. Manila e il suo staff sono gentili e sempre disponibili. La colazione è buonissima e abbondante. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Camillo Villani1 Settembre 2022Abbiamo iniziato questa breve vacanza, in questa splendida città di Otranto con mare caraibico, con un disguido logistico, della prima notte, che ci ha creato ansia e preoccupazione, ma l’incontro con Marinella e Manila hanno dissipato, in pochi minuti, le nostre preoccupazioni con la loro accoglienza, la loro professionalità, la loro disponibilità e il loro sorriso contagioso in questo splendido B&B “ Palazzo Marzo”. Un gioiello curato con gusto nei minimi particolari e dettagli. Due donne versatili che mettono a propio agio ogni tipo di ospite, straniero o italiano. Colazioni meravigliose adatte ad ogni tipo di abitudini, ma con la particolarità di marmellate eccezionali fatte da Manila, cosa di altri tempi. Brava .. Brava Manila. La semplicità e il sorriso di queste due cognate sono disarmanti e rassicuranti. La complicità, poi, con cui sia Marinella che Manila mi hanno aiutato ad organizzare il compleanno di mia moglie è stata eccezionale. Non trovo le parole per descrivere quanto amore, quanto impegno, quanta passione Marinella e Manilia mettono nel loro lavoro per farti sentire bene ed a propio agio. Credo che bisogna conoscerle per rendersi conto quanto sia vero quello che dico. Venite a “Palazzo Marzo” e rimarrete, sicuramente, felici e contenti di conoscere questo splendido posto e della gestione di queste sue splendide donne. Un grande grazie da Camillo, Sara ed Elisa

Walking distance to the beach and all the town sights. Breakfast was outstanding, rotating menu of freshly prepared food which they bring out on demand. Staff were helpful and friendly. Secure rooms behind locked courtyard then locked room. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Francesco Trau7 Giugno 2022Siamo capitati in questa bellissima dimora a causa di un disguido con un’altra struttura che avevamo prenotato in precedenza, ed e’ stato un soggiorno magnifico, a partire dall’accoglienza della padrona di casa da cui siamo stati coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno. La struttura e’ elegante e arredata con gusto come anche le camere, non da meno la colazione molto buona e completa di tutto servita al tavolo. Ultima chicca, la posizione centralissima 100mt dalle spiagge e dal mare e allo stesso tempo silenziosa. Grazie davvero ci ritorneremo!
